I was shooting CCI Green Target in my Marvel conversion unit 1, and after 60 shots - "a wind" blowed into my face.
The bottom of the brass - was gone.

Back in the late 80's I had my ex-girlfriend shoot my Ruger Mk. 2 and a piece of the brass casing came off and hit her in the eye when the gun was ejecting the fired round, she was not wearing any safety glasses.  She was really hollering, the spent cases are very hot to begin with, and having that hit a person's eyeball is not good.  I found and kept that spent case for many years with my cartridge collection.

She did not have any eye damage that I could see.  I always wear eye protection.

Yah, we broke up a year later.   She was bi-polar and could not control her spending habits.  Despite being raised shooting a rifle she stopped target shooting with me, more ammo for myself

A friend I shoot with used to have a girlfriend who had a hot 22 case go down her blouse, causing a burn that later turned into a scar. He dropped her after finding out how many guys she showed the scar to.
