HEADING OUT IN THE MORNING.

Going to ILL to see Mom and hopefully Jadyn. Moms cancer is still there but not moving, praise the Lord for that. Jadyn has had a fairly good time the past 2 months. She's been able to do normal little girl things, even had a friend for a sleepover. Went to the park, the fair, a wedding, etc. She's bleeding some but not as bad. Aside from bleeding her biggest trouble is her legs, she hurts a lot. The steroids have slowed her muscle development and her legs are weak and hurt a lot.  I know a lot of you have prayed for her over the years and she has needed each and every one of them. Drs have said probably at least 15-20 times that theres no way she can live, but SHE DOES. I appreciate the prayers for all of us. Will be crossing into communist country tomorrow. I'll lock my 38 in the trunk as soon as I cross the ILL state line, where of course it is useless. Keep the prayers coming. POWDERMAN.

Just found out that Jadyn is back in the hospitol bleeding badly and a fever of 101.8. POWDERMAN.

Just got home. Jadyn was home 2 days but was put back in the hospitol Yesterday evening bleeding badly. We didn't get to see her. Mom was pretty perky at 85 so we took her shopping and out to eat. Mom has a dear friend Mary, uses a walker to get around and needs help to stand up. They have been friends since grade school. Mom told her we were going to visit a little ol country church I hadn't seen in over 40 years and Mary kind of invited herself. We picked her up and took her along then took her with us out to eat. Those 2 ladies had a ball, well worth the little xtra mileage and effort. Took Mom shopping the next day. I got tired of walking around at kmart so I told them I'd be outside. Nice breeze, in the shade, so I pulled out a lounge chair on display and waited in comfort. Mom has another cancer test on the 1st and results will be read on the 8th, we'll be there. Thanks for all of the prayers guys and gals, they are still working. Mom was told 2 years ago she would not see another Christmas, and docs have called family in for Jadym at least 15-20 X saying she can't live through the night, but she does. The power of prayer is amazing. POWDERMAN.
