Ordering from Lyman

Long story short, last time I cleaned my Lyman 22-250 dies, I did not tighten the expander down, as usual got in a hurry, ended up braking the expander it split, and the rod bent, I can use the one out of the 223 dies till the new one comes, but Lyman’s site said it will be shipped in 10 to 15 business days. I have ordered from them in the past and I didn’t think it took over a week on mould parts. Has anyone ordered from them lately, this seems like some pretty crappy service if true.

Just ordered a new Mag 20 from Lyman.Order made 7/4.Shipped 7/6.EMail from FedEx this AM to be delivered today. Thats about 2 weeks. They don't seem to be in a hurry!

Shipping within 48 hours of an order isn't fast enough?  Goodness, how quick do you expect?!

I know rcbs has shipped within an hour,so 48 hours is pretty slow.

All in all Lyman did pretty well, I placed the order last Wednesday and the parts came in today’s mail, a little over a week. Not bad when there sight states will mail with in 10 to 15 business days of order.
