I just bought the adl 7mag. was wanting to know what the rate of twist the factory bar. comes in.THANKS

1:9.25".  Did you just get one at Academy?

glazer1972 i did just get one from academy around 350.00 out the door a buddy of mine got one in 300wm last year and will put one on top of the other 4 of 5 shots.Thanks for the reply i will be trying out the berger 180vld been told it is a good bullet hope so because i will be trying it out on elk i hope :D and  berger recommends 1/9 twist for this bullet.THANKS
