It is a copy of the famous/classic Winchester Model 52 Sporter, made by Miroku (Japan) for Browning in the Model 52C Sporting Rifle config in 1991 & 92 (5,000 made).

Miroku also made the almost identical rifle, but in Model 52B Sporting Rifle config and marked for Winchester.

The biggest difference between the Mirokus is the raised comb on the "C" buttstock.
The triggers are adjustable, limited only by an easily-removeable "lawyer" pin in the Trigger housing - a common user "fix".

They're great rifles, and have a huge following - so any buy less than $700 is a plus, but some will buy one whenever one is found, regardless of cost since they're no longer made.

ANY magazine, $10 aftermarket or $50 gennie, for the Winchester Model 52/69/75 will fit, should extra mag(s) be desired.
