pump 410
« on: September 10, 2010, 07:50:18 AM »
I was just looking at more 410 shotguns today, yeah im addicted.   I just thought H&R could really cut into mossbergs market with a pump 410.
Ive not owned or shot a pardner pump, but have shouldered a few, and although they are heavy, they really do feel good in the hand.
I bought a mossy, but It would be cool to have another "affordable" option for a 410 other than the singles and the mossberg pumps.

Just a thought, on a rainy friday.

OH! and choke tubes would be great!  ;D

Have a good one fellas!

410s are fun and I'd love to see more options.  I'd also like to see some more 410 semis.  The Saiga is the only option in it's price range and it's kind of in a league of it's own style wise.  Not really what I'd like in a sporting shotty.  The Rem 1100 semis are beutiful, but expensive.  Maybe a 410 autoloader in the H&R line would be the ticket, but it's not available so I'm just dreaming.

I love my .410, but until I start loadin my own, it doesn't get much play these days.  I just cannot justify spending 10 bucks on 25 shells when I can get 100 for my 20 ga.  8(

I was just out looking around the past few weeks dreaming of all the new toys I want, I noticed that a synthetic 12ga pump is about 175.00, now just  a bit ago I got a mossy pump 410 for 279.00, if that would have been an option Ida jumped at it. Heck I may have got 2 of em!  ;D

And as far as dreaming goes, I did see a fairly decent remmy auto for 450.00 11-48 I think it was. would be super fun!
