Guess I'm not very observant! I clicked into the Savage arms website, and found no listing for their excellent little model #24 O/U shotgun/rifle..
Did they drop them?

I'd like to find one in 30-30/12 ga. that I could afford. My dealer has one but he wants $400 for it and I ain't got the funds right now.

They were expensive to build I think. I have a 30-30 over 20 gauge, and I use it all the time. It doesn't do anything particulary well, but it is the only way to go when you need both guns. Larry
