TC barrel maker?

Can anyone help me ID the maker of this old contender barrel? It is 16" long including screw off brake and 14.5" without. The only stamps are 7x30w and what looks like a clover on one side of the lug and a star on the other. Also, is this a pistol only barrel and how do I find the correct forend?  Thanks, Hugh D.

If you can screw off the brake and it is less than 16 inches it is a pistol only barrel.  If it was made to interchange with TC barrels then a pistol forearm should fit.  If not it is anyone's guess.
