Ben Pearson bow

I have a Ben Pearson Hunter 7090 recurve bow I picked up at a garage sale a number of years ago and was wondering if it was worth anything before I give it away. It's marked on the grip 85260, 58", 50xx, 28".

It's ok, but it is used and looks it. I only paid $20 for ir over 20 years ago. I've never shot it.
Asked a guy I know if he wanted it and he said look it up first and make sure it's not one that might be worth a good amount.

I'd suggest an eBay search.  Whatever something will bring on eBay is what it's worth.  Check completed auctions too.

I believe I have the same model and $20 is what I paid for it a long time ago also. I guess such a bow is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Unless someone is a collector of such things I find it hard to believe these old bows are worth much more than $50 as shooters but I'm sure not qualified to price them.

A lot of those older bows are excellent hunting bows and I have seem them go as much as 150.00 on ebay. I have a couple Ben Pearson bows and have killed deer with them and well as lots of small game. Pearson's aren't as popular as Bear bows, but they were and still are an affordable alternative to the higher prices bows.
