 ???

http://blogs.abcnews.com/george/2010/09/justice-stephen-breyer-is-burning-koran-shouting-fire-in-a-crowded-theater.html

Seems Justice Breyer don't think so!

Be carefull what you say/or do about the Muslim "Faith" you could be jailed for inciting a riot!

The "Fire in a Crowded theater" excuse has been used to threaten first amendment rights since it was conceived.  As long as they own the books, they're completely within their legal rights to set em ablaze.  One Justice might not think so, but I still have enough faith in the system that a majority would if it happened to make it to the SCOTUS.

I'm with ya MG , but its scary aint it? Ya know the leftist only trail by one vote to turn on stuff like that. 5 to 4 was the vote on second amendment rights a while back!

Using Breyer logic then wouldn't it be okay for a frienzied crowd of patriotic citizens to beat the crap out of a
flag burner?  All of a sudden the old argument about "just because you have the right to do something doesn't make it right" is being used by guess who--wait for it--  the libs.
