It is the politico who swears an oath to defend the Constitution and The USA from all aggressors both foreign and domestic. They clearly are not honoring their oath of office. The politicos will however pass hate crime laws to ensure that we the people are made criminals if we were to defend. However, we the people, in general majority that is, have become complacent in the dealings of politicians and do not show much interest, other than "there's nothing I can do" line of thought. Couple that with aids that garbage file letters and delete e-mails that are contrary to their agenda, and i can see how they feel that way. Our gooberment is corrupt.
