At what range are you sighting in your air rifles at?  Your air pistols?  Also are you using scopes on your rifle and pistols?  I scope everything, rifles and pistols.  I sight in my air rifles at 50 yards and my pistols at 20 yards.  Lawdog

For my indoor stuff I'm sighted at 18 to 28 feet. Outdoors 100 feet. Scopes and irons.  After watching a discussion on another site I'm planning to get some rings and try a red dot sight on my rifles. No paralax issues they say.

One interesting thing, if I'm sighted in at 28 feet, with either my  22 BSA Supersport or 177 R7, I'm shooting high at 100 feet. I've tried it twice to see if I'm imagining things.  Sure surprised me.  Wonder if it has to do with the height of my sights above the bore.
