223 to 7mm

GNNC,
     It might be tough getting the 7mm to go down the 223 barrel.  I know what you mean though about the 10 inch 223.  I had one up for trade for about a month and I got no replies.  I didn't like it and I guess no one else wanted a 10 inch either.  Buy a barrel CNNC

Rechambering the barrel would not be a problem, from a technical standpoint, because all you should have to do is open up the neck area.  The problem you would find is reboring, re-rifling, then recrowning the barrel.  This would require quite a bit of machine time and would probably get pricey.  Just sell the .223 and buy a 7mm TCU.
