Every gun has their likes and dislikes, mine shoots well with most anything. But my best groups so far have come with aguila match rifle ammo. It is not even that expensive. Match pistol shot just as well but seemed to have a lot of duds in this gun. On the cheap side is federals auto-match that comes in a bulk pack and shoots almost as good. It is a high velocity round. The aguila is standard vel. I have never tried the high dollar stuff but some of it would likely do even better. I have a 4x scope on mine and get impressive groups with this gun. Only ammo it has not like was cci minimag.
