Made the mistake of going back into my favorite "Candy Store" again today to have Jim mount the Remington 2 piece ring-base set and bore sight the Weaver 3-9 scope for me. Sale is still going on, only no more really cheap Howas. But, they are selling them for $399.99 still. One of my sons has a flinch and I saw a 243 stainless just like the 22-250 I bought 2 days ago, trigger has some creep so told em to put it back. Jim sent one of the guys to the warehouse to bring out a couple more and had me take my pick. He set this trigger to 3# 2 oz. for me and threw in the same ring-base set for free and 2 boxes of Fed blue box 100 gr. All I gotta do is stay outa there the rest of today and tomorrow and the sale will be over. Maybe then reason will come back to me and I won't buy any more guns for a while.
