Prayers for my family its been smashed.

I would like to ask for prayers for myself and my family.Valintines day 09 my brother in law commited suiside.My wife went off the deep end .the next thing i know she cleaned us out got a dirtbag lawyer filled for divorce and completly destroyed herself and our family.I have stood my ground and am a deaply religious man.Since that time I have had a 13 year old daughter try to kill herself a 10 year old son institutionalized for fighting and just reacently my 14 year old became pregnant by the 18 year old that my ex wife has allowed to live with them.when my dad found this out he died from a masive heart atack 3 days latter.I have prayed my guts out for my wife in the hopes she would get help and follow Christ.She is of the belief that once saved always saved no matter what you do.Even with all thats happend and all the men she has ben through I would work things out if God was to somehow reach her .But I have put my neck out over and over for her and got my head choped off.Keep in mind this was once a verry proud wife and Mother.Thanks in advance for the prayers Paul

I am of the belief God does not give you anything more than you can handle. You must be a very strong person , cause indeed you have a lot to handle.

However,  through Gods Grace you will persevere.  Day by day it will get better. Keep your children close, forgive trespasses, and may the lord keep you and your family in his light as you go through this most difficult of times.

The good lord will guide you and protect you. I believe that he will not put more on you than you can handle. That being said I also think that sometimes God uses things like this to "guide" you for reasons we may never understand or know. It maybe that it is not meant for y'all to be together or maybe he is trying to use this to bring someone in the family to him you just never know. I am sorry for your troubles and if its ok I will add you to the prayer list at my church and will ask my family to pray as well. It may be that the Lord has allowed the devil to test you just as he did Job he lost everything and then got it all back 10 fold. Please keep the faith it WILL CARRY YOU THROUGH! God bless

Thanks and you bet you can add us to your prayer chain as for being saved I do feel that you can loose your salvation if you walk down the wrong path and dont return.Christ reminds us of this over and over Simply beleving in him is not enufe .After all the evil one beleived in him and so did judas.All I know is Im all done with the bad and yes I do feel like Jobe.I have gotten through this with Gods hand on me and I keep myself focused on him.Please God bring on the good.

Many people see the stumbling blocks in their life. I see the stepping stones God gave to us if only we take His hand and let him help us onto them. Give the reins to Him and your path will be well chosen, though not always what you want or think you need. His wisdom is more than our mortal mind can comprehend. Mortal pain and anguish will all be forgotten when He calls us Home to Heaven.
