I recently acquired a S&W model 15-2, I would say it is 98%. It has beautiful bluing and no defect that I can see. Does anyone have any idea how much this pistol is worth?

Blue Book says $550 for 100% and $400 for 98%. Condition is everything really. Personally tho I like them I'd not pay that much for one NIB but many folks will and that drives the prices. It's a nice find for sure.

If it truly is 98%, I would say GB is right on the money at $400 on the retail end. Assuming it has the original grips on it. I woulld say more like $350 in the real world (or what myself or others I know would pay for one).

It has original grips. I'll get up some pictures and you can judge for yourself.

I would go a bit lower than GB. Exception would be a US Air Force issue. I would pay a little more for that..... historical value.
