Back a day early, started to rain and just barely got out. That area is all gumbo, little bit of rain and it's like clay mixed with grease. Sideways in the road as much as going straight and wheel wells packed to the tires with the stuff. Not many whitetails up there this year, mostly muleys and antelope. Locals said the Whitetails got something, not blue tongue, that really wiped them out. Still have 3 tags, never had a chance to drop the hammer

. Only 2 I saw were on the way into a place and they dropped over the hill and we never saw em again, after 3 hours we just went to another place and never saw any more. Well, that's why it's called hunting and not target practice. DP
