If you have access to the Mag Tip bullets grab them up.  They are a super bullet in any of the 7mm cartridges.  I use them in my 7mm RM.

How many rounds do you fire a year our of your 7mm? On varmints or large volume taget shooting I can see the cost of bullets having an effect, but for big game even if you shoot 50 rounds per year, the diference in price is no more that $30.

my favorite 7mm bullet is the speer grand slam 145. others i shoot alot are the 140 bt and sierra flat based spitzer and 145 hotcore speer. Probably the best compromise bullet is the 145 hotcore. They seem a bit stouter constructed then the sierra and bt and bridge the differnce in weight between a 140 and 150 and are cheap.

I've had good luck with the nosler ballistic tip in 140gr. for my 284 win, also in sierra 120gr.for my 7-30 waters contender.

I use Sierra 140 GameKings. Always give excellent performance, great accuracy. I started loading Hornady 150 gr SST for the 308 I bought this summer. Jury is out on the SST as I havent shot a deer with it yet.

If you are hunting deer size game the 154 Hornady interlock or the SST really work well out of the 7mm Rem mag. I have never used the other calibers you mentioned.
