I have a Green Mountain muzzleloader barrel and a Green Mountain replacement barrel for one of my 10/22s.  They are both outstanding.  I have never used one on a centerfire.

Ditto the 10/22 barrel. Mine was an octogon model and it seems to work OK. Haven't really wrung it out yet, still building but it shoots better than I can hold it.. Course that ain't sayin' a lot...

I beleive the barrel used in the  223 short project,  see it in the wildcat forum was a Green Mountain 22 cal. blank with 1 in 7 twist.   It has proven to be very accurate and is reasonably priced.  Jed
