So, now that hunting is a right in Tennessee, does that mean they can't charge a license fee?

no it just means somebody wont be able to pass local laws to stop sportmen from hunting & fishing.as it stands now you can hunt in any city limit per the state DA.they hunt bear in the middle of gatlinburg every year.you can still get a ticket for endangerment but they have to prove it,local laws cannot supersead state law
