Update: Wisconsin Governor Vetoes Concealed-Carry Bill
Madison, WI-Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle recently vetoed the 2002 Personal Protection Act, a bill that would've allowed Wisconsin citizens to carry concealed firearms for personal protection. The bill passed the state Legislature with strong support in the Assembly and the Senate.
Wisconsin residents are asked to contact their senators and representatives and encourage them to vote to override Doyle's veto. You can find contact information for your Legislators by using the Legislative Action Center on the U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance Web site at www.ussportsmen.org.
I though you guys had a good thing going there.
Time to fight back isn't it? Take a hint from California,
