1) Effective immediately, the personal and corporate tax rates are 100%. Individual income will be in the form of coupons good for the purchase of food and clothing.
2) In keeping with the constitution, soldiers will not be quartered in citizens' homes, but homeless people and welfare cases will.
3) The entire states of Wyoming, Kansas, and Mississippi are now designated as national prisons.
4) To shrink our foreign dependence on oil, all private travel is prohibited. Only travel on buses, trains, and other officially designated public transportation is allowed.
5) The results of the last federal election have been voided. There will be no future elections.
6) The military and national guard will be enlarged and used for domestic security, particularly in the states of Wyoming, Kansas, and Mississippi.
7) To reduce pollution, coal fired power plants will be decommissioned, effective immediately.
The term "keep and bear arms" now means to store firearms in federal warehouses in the state of Maine. The right to keep and bear arms is therefore not abridged, only the meaning and related enforcement is.
9) Citizens have until December 1, 2010 to keep and bear arms.
