Another feature of the Pro Hunter is the swing hammer .

You can even get fancier and go with the endeavor.

I have a fairly early Encore (standard) with the set-screw behind the trigger that I bought new.  It's got a great trigger and functions very smoothly.  Had a buddy that bought a new Pro-Hunter and neither one of us cared for it.  It felt gritty and stiff all the way around, so after checking out a few other Pro-Hunters in some stores to find them all the same, he ended up buying a used, older Encore frame and has not gone back.

I have no experience with the Endeavor, but I can't imagine them being much different than any other Encore platform frame being produced today.  Just my $0.02, but with these newer frames out, you can pick up older, standard Encores fairly cheap in comparison and may get a little better trigger and smoother operation...
Can't hardly wait on deer season and the 2016 Presidential Elections...

Make sure the frame you get has the overtravel screw.

You can send your Encore in and T/C will convert the hammer to a ProHunter swing for about $70 bucks.

I own both and don't see much difference other then the hammer and lettering.
