I see they have a straight tube 1.5x4.5x26MM
any one have any info on this scope maker?

Never heard of them before.  There has been a flood of new optics manufacturers in the last few years.  There are plenty of well known and reputable makes to choose from without pioneering into the unknown.  Just my opinion.
