Smith and Wesson to close Rochester, NH TC Plant

From inside source, no public announcement yet...

S&W to close TC's Rochester, NH plant.  S&W will retain the TC name but close the plant by July 2011...

That's all I have right now...

Not sure if this means T/C ceases production or just relocate production?  Doesn't sound good.
