What condition are they rated in?  Very good?  Excellent?  Unissued?  & how much?

I believe i purchased two of these from two different dealers at the time.  One is in unissued condition i think its from samco while the other is in good or very good condition, i'm not sure who it came from.  These are awesome 8mm mausers. There are a few different model years of the orginal 24.  I think i have a 52c too.  There nice mausers congrats.

They say very good, i did'nt get the hand pick because i got 4 Tula 91/30's from from Aim and they did'nt look near as good as the Ivenesk. I figure since they just got them maybe i will get a good one. They got $179.95 on them arsenal refinished. They have another 8mm on there they say is rough for $139.00. I don't think i wont to give that much for a rough one un seen. How will i tell what model it is?

It will be marked by the model number on the side of the large ring if i remember correctly.  Some of the importers mark the model in there import mark sometimes too.

I picked one up at a gun show a few years back for $150. The stock and barrel were excellent They are pretty accurate. Shot best with Winchester loads.
I saw the J&G and the stocks look a little beat up with heavy varnish.  Anytime you buy these old military rifles they are sometimes hit or miss. Good luck on yours.

Well i guess i look at this way. The more beat up they are the more battle they saw.I have 2 91/30's that had marks on them that i think got on them after they left the arsonal.
