Browning rifle & shotgun longevity.
« on: February 09, 2011, 11:58:57 AM »
Hello browning fans, I would guess vie owned over 50 browning rifles, shotguns,& handguns in my lifetime. Still have more brownings than all the rest combined. I can only remember having I worked on. A lot were older models but I have some current models as well.

Don't get me wrong I like winchesters & remingtons too but I think brownings are my favorite.

Let's hear your experiences, good & bad.

Most firearms are more durable than their owners, and Browning should be no exception.  I only have a couple of Brownings, an Auto 5 Light 12 that's just a bit older than I am and a BLR in 358 Win that I picked up 7 years ago.  Both are excellent and will have no trouble outlasting me.
