Handi Pistol?

I see tha Rossi is coming out with a new break action Wizard Pistol:

Is H&R going to come out with a smiliar pistol? Is it legally possible to turn Handi Rifle into a pistol by shortening the barrel and putting a pistol grip on it?

I seriously doubt H&R is considering it, they didn't even offer anything new this year!  ::)
