Hey where do you get those remote temp sensors? I could use that! My problem is that grilling at dinner time here in Bristol Bay its so dark its hard to watch the meat, even when I bring a drop light with me.
Also, my grill uses glass enamel coated grates. Firing up the grill at low temps causes the coating to pop off. So I have to replace the grill every few years.
Last year I was good and kept the grate inside and it held up well but I forgot this winter and I can see the damage is done.
