« on: January 10, 2011, 03:38:33 PM »
well my american made rotary phase converter is on its way,  and i mill be movin my lathe to the house this weekend after i get back from picking up a set of 42 in praire wheels from whitmeers on saturday.  so soon i will be able to turn everynight. I put it at my office so a coworker could use it to turn threads on 6 in rigid pipe  and turn parts for work, but the owner fo the company/ my uncle said i couldnt stay at the office late at night so i will take my lathe home and use it anytime i want.  lol some people dont know when they have a good thing.  till its gone.    this will be the last time i move it. it stays home now.  still hunting for a milling machine for a good price.   trade lead for lathe???

Ahhh yes.  Good lead.

Moved my lathe into position and raised it a full 8" above the floor (cement blocks) - I don't like bending over.

I'm going to rebuild the whole lube system - adding both a pump and a spray/mist system.
