Does anyone know when H&R went to a 1 in 9 twist rate for the 22 Hornet?

Both models were 1:9" sometime in 2008, some possibly late 2007, they were both 1:9" as of December 2008, the next production run in April 2009 was 1:9" also. Like the 223, they probably switched back and forth for a while.

Thanks......I just bought one about seven months ago and though I haven't tried the cleaning rod trick to check it, I just assumed it was a 1 in 9 twist but wasn't sure.  I've got a RD 22 caliber mold that drops casts at about 52 grains and I'm not having much luck in the accuracy department, but then again I've just started experimenting with it.  On the other hand, 40 grain V-Max loads are so accurate it's scary.
