Traditions ALS 2100, any opinions?
« on: December 01, 2003, 08:12:55 AM »
I am looking at the Traditions ALS 2100 for my next deer hunting shotgun. The model with the cantilever mount barrel. Does anyone have any opinons on this gun? It looks similar when takin apart to the old beretta AL2. Thanks.

I bought the youth model for my daughter in 20GA for her first deer hunting (she's 12 years old).  The gun has an expectacular look; almost like the Benelli Montefeltro and is as light as the Benelli.  My daughter's shotgun works just fine but I did get one jam when trying to shoot without cleaning from the previous weekend shooting.  It is so easy to clean up this gun that I go ahead and clean it up after I come back from shooting.  The gun cost me $349 and for that price I think is just fine.  I need to test this gun a little more to be able to give you a better answer than this.
