ive got an ultralight in .243, bloody excellent, nice and light, the kick is bareable - i woudnt go a larger calibre though if you dont like the kick.
Ive found my accuracy isnt as good after about 4 rounds in quick succession - some say this is due to the barrel getting hot - or it could be im a lousey shot and get tired after a few rounds.
the front sling swivvel screw came free from the stock - badly designed housing on rugers part in my view and the guy i bought it from put in a new screw with an internal nut - now its fine.
