Who is that guy who builds custom target NEF Sportster rifles?

I remember he stubbed custom barrels onto Sportsters and sold ready-to-shoot custom rifles too.
I can't remember his name ... can anyone help me?

Not sure how much custom smith work you want to do to a "Sportster" Are you refering to using sportster bbl's to like 17 centerfires? If that is what you mean you still have to use centerfire frames not "Sportster" frames. Kurt

   I had a guy bookmarked on my old computer that was from PA. I can't remember his name but he did some nice looking stuff. at least if it's the same guy.
