Tapered Barrel Model 10
« on: January 17, 2011, 12:03:05 PM »
I was off today and was thinking...... I wish Smith and Wesson would do a run of their tapered barrel Model 10 AND 64. I know they cruise GB's and hope they are listening. I once submitted the idea and I was sent a coupon for a flashlight or something.....really? ::)  If you want me in real trouble with the wife they should make a .32-20 and .32 Long variety with the tapered barrel.  :)

I don't think it would sell very well due to the thousands of them available used.

Very true, but so are the remainder of their classic line. Their heavy barrels are in the same boat but they are still produced. It would just be a simple barrel switch. Or maybe the barrels can be offered as a factory option? The tapered barrel just seems "right", if that makes any sense.
