Received the reamer today.Did mine and two buddies barrels.Dang cold out side, but did shoot a few through it.Didn't adjust scope or any thing.Looks like it's going to be a shooter. All three guns shot better as a maxi than they did as a maggi. Now for some warmer weather to get serious about the groups.Tim the reamer will be headed back to your house in the morning.Be sure to look for the envelope in the box.Slow

Im not sure, but I suspect the throat and angle to the rifling from that reamer design is what makes the improvement over the stock chambering.

Has to be something like taht. One of the guns didn't group at all.I tried all the tricks on his gun and not a bit of difference. Now it'll put three holes touching at 50 yds.I've loaded some with 26 gr.of 1680 and 22 gr.of h110.All under a 180gr.remmy JHP.Looks promising.I think tomorrow or Friday it's suppose to be warmer.I hope.Going to load some 180gr.LFN with 18 gr.H110 under it.Will try those too.

When Ed Harris worked at Ruger he did a bunch of their No.1s in .357 that came back with accuracy issues. I dont recall the reamer specs, but I think they were written up in the 'The Fouling Shot' (mag of the Cast Bullet Assoc.) a while back. regardless, this reamer has 'the right stuff' it seems.
