Wildcat based on the 405 Winchester.... 
Out of a 14 inch barrel loading data says:
85s to 3040fps
100s to 2905fps
115s to 2674fps
120s to 2623fps
This one is 16 inches including the comp.

Looks good. It basically does what a 250 Savage will do out of a rifle. It should make a great deer thumper.  ;D

Formed my first 257GNR cases today. Started with 50 pieces of new 405 brass. Used 378GNR, 338GNR, 310GNR, and 280GNR size dies to step down to 257. Trimmed to 2.550, champhered and deburred. Nice and simple. Time for primers, powder and bullets.
