30-30 win: barrels ?

I like see if I can pick up a good used 30-30 barrel but i would like to ask are they drilled and taped for a scope base or do they only come with fixed iron sight set up?
I also would like a ejector style

All modern centerfire rifle barrels are drilled and tapped for a scope base, even those that come with sights like the 30-30, H&R quit making ejector centerfire rifle barrels in about 2007, you'll just have to ask when you buy it.
