Have you ever wondered why banks are not modifying many mortgages, and instead are letting homes go into foreclosure?

 What a racket! Ought to be tried under RICO statuates for that kind of a scam! I learned to never sign a promissary note. They're going to get paid anyway. I gotta wonder now if thats what makes "reverse mortgages" such a good idea? HMmm

What about farmers that sign up for subsidies, and then sign their wives up for the same crops and land, and double their subsidies check. The system is not just broken in the banking industry. there are hogs coming from all directions to get their snout in the feed troff .
