Cartridge collecting

Do any of you folks collect cartridges?
I ran across one a little while back that kind of stumped me for a while!
It has a Lake City headstamp with a 67 date but it was less than an inch
long. and bottlenecked. after some careful measuring I came to the conclusion that you can make Japanese 7mm "Baby" Nambu cartridges
from .30 U.S. Carbine cases! Someone did a fine job of it also!
Collecting cartridges is a real interesting hobbie, You all should try it!

I got started into collecting old shotgun shells by accident everyone was given to me like full brand new boxes of unshot paper wrapped shells still in their orginal boxes still in excellent condition.  I was going to just get rid of them until I went to a gun show and there they were for big bucks!! Now I just packed them away in a large cardboard box for safe keeping. I'm going to take them out soon and wrap each box in saran wrap too besides so they will stay in the condition they are in.  I did make a big mistake with one box of shells it was a box of "38" rim fire handgun shells I traded them for a box of 357mag shells at a local gun shop years ago I didn't know any better?  A full box brand new looking the shells had some tarnish to them on the lead maybe it was the lube on the lead it looked a whitish color.  But your right collecting shells can be fun too.  BigBill
