glock customers service

   first time i talked to them, and i have to say i am impressed.     i needed a new front sight screw, i called glock, was on the phone less than 4 minutes.   no questions, no b.s.,  friendly people and front sight screw on the way.  no charge.     

   a big thumbs up for the people at glock.
