probably real close and maybe even the same but ill go this way. Ive used mpr alot in the past and not so much lately. I do use alot of re22 though. When i loaded mpr i found it was a powder that varried alot in pressure from lot to lot and most times when i got a new jug i had to start load developement over or at least start light and work back up to the old load. Re22 doesnt seem to suffer that downside. Maybe the new mpr if it is the same doesnt have that problem. Now that re22 is available and easy to find i cant see paying more to even fool with mpr though.
