Let me start this off by saying I'm a lifetime lefty. I'm left eye dominate and shoot everything lefty.
I was at the range on Monday and started messing around with my Ruger single6. I'd shoot 6 rounds with my LH, reload and shoot RHed. RHed I started tearing up the 2'' orange dot I was aiming at. LHed I'm all over the place! I've NEVER shot this well RHed. Particularly with a handgun. I messed around over the years shooting RHed with longguns because ya just never know when it may come in handy while hunting.
Maybe I was concentrating more with the RH or something. I was having to close my left eye to aim, because my left eye kept trying to take over with both eyes open.
Ya'll ever had this happen before? Kinda buggered me, but I'll keep trying it off and on. Again, ya just never know when shooting from the other hand may be needed.
