Looks like he's laying the groundwork to establish a secret communication line with the Godless ones to advance his goal of overthrowing America!

The State Department - already pretty good at social media - is now using Twitter to transmit its thoughts to the Arab world . . . in Arabic.

"Tots" totter, it only stands to reason that "twits" should twitter.
