Glock 23 price

I had an opportunity to buy a glock 23 with adj sights but no acc rail.So I can't tell yet by serial # but I believe it was a 1st or 2nd gen gun,does that sound right?  It had 3 mags that were 10 rounders which suprised me,but was in great condition so I ended up giving the private seller 360.00 for it with the original box and everything.That sound ok?  ???

It looks grip wise just like the one in the middle,and best I can tell from the serial# it was made in 1997. Thanks for the pics. Steve

$538, 'out-the-door' is very good.  What's that, $475 - $500 retail?  Around here that would be a good 50 bucks off list.

probably close to 475.   the taxes, and other state and federal fees drive the price up.  a friend is starting a business and i went through him.   i will be buying all my new guns through him in the future.

I believe to get the best price on a new glock is to join there gssf. This allows you to buy one at law enforcement price. I believe the price on a new glock 17,19,22,23 is $420 plus tax and it will come with 3 mags instead of 2 i just ordered me a model 35 for 510 plus tax today.

Wouldn't mind having a mdl 35. I'd be happy with a used one though, at a good price of course.  If I could save $100 by buying used (3rd Gen). Other than catastrophic slide or lower failure, there's nothing on a Glock that can't be replaced cheaply by just about anyone in a matter of minutes, and I have a dozen or so mags for it. My holsters and mag pouches for my 22 would work as well-----humm.

There is a store here that has G23's for $349.00 . They come with 3 mags . Same for the G 22 . Both have nite sights . They also have 21's and compact 45's for $414.00 also with nite sights . These are police trade ins and you have to pick thru. as some look almost new and others like thay were used alot.
