Does anyone have experience with Husqvarna rifles? I've come across one, but was looking for feedback. Also, its in .243, would anyone know the twist rate? Thanks, Michiman.

From what little I know about these rifles, the word is that they seem to be quite a bargain and accurate. I have a husky in 9.3x57 that hopefully will get shooting soon. If you want more info go to gunboards.com and look in the sewdish sporting firearms forum and be prepared to absorb all you might want to know about these fine rifles. Frank

I have seen two units in my years . One from ww2 model 38 the short model 96 the other a Model 1600 in odd six . the 1600 had a one in 11 If I recall, while the 38 had the one in nine if memory serves me right .
Both guns were very strong and excellent shooters.
Would not think twice about taking another rifle home provided the rifling was strong .
