Crazy weather today

Well it was so foggy this morning couldn't 200'.Then rained a little.Just got through having a severe thunder storm roll through.Rain and hail.Hail covered the ground.Pea to marble size.Now the weatherman says we could get a dusting of snow tonight.Crazy stuff even for Kansas.

Not sure what to expect tonight. Good rain earlier. Calling for 1-2 in more rain, heavy lightning, 70 mph winds, hail, and possible tornados tonight between 4-10 am. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

Move to western Kansas, nothing ever happens here!  A little fog and lots of wind, cold and dreary!

Nah.I've been out in western part.Just go there for the hunting.Have a friend in Ashland that we go every year to hunt.

I'm getting a little discouraged about this global warming thing.  For a short time there, it looked like February was headed the right way, but it is finishing up in terrible shape.  I can't help feeling sorry for the frogs, birds and insects who were fooled into thinking winter was over.

We had about 5" of global warming on the ground yesterday morning, but this morning it has been all washed away by an overnight rain.  The big question is whether March will come in like a lion, or a lamb.

There wasn't a cloud in the sky yesterday morning and the humidity was a whopping 8%. About noon half the sky was covered with smoke. Just another nearly spring day on the south plains.
