I have looked at CZ's many times, but for whatever reason I have never bought one. I say that because I have never had a reason for not buying one...just haven't "pulled the trigger" on the purchase yet. I've been looking to replace my current CCW which is a kahr CW45 lately. The Kahr is nice for concealment because it is light weight, small, and thin, but my confidence level in it is pretty low do to repeated malfunctions across several hundred rounds of various different ammo.
I'm wanting to move back toward a regular compact frame vs the subcompact of the Kahr, so I'm thinking now might be my chance to give CZ a try. The CZ75 compact in 40s&w is what i've been eyeballing as it fits the frame size i'm looking for, and is in one of my favorite defensive calibers. 10 + 1 capacity allows for a respectable amount of firepower, and I do like the cocked and locked carry option that the CZ's platform affords.
So, are any of you all using the CZ75 Compact as a carry gun?
If so, what are your praises or complaints (or both) with this gun as a CCW piece?
THANKS!
