I dont' make many dryland coon sets but a lot of people do and say they are very effective. I like a V set for dryland coon. This is where I take 2 sticks a inch or two in diameter and make a upside down V with them which would look like ^. You then set your trap in front of it to where the sticks cross is above the trap and the two sticks are on each side of the trap. Put your bait and lure at where the sticks cross. This is also a good grey fox set. Good Luck.

Any fox set will take coon .They are also atracted to the fox lures and urine. This goes for coyote sets too.
